Love Conf clasp October Hong Kong Agency for R.V.F. and master of ship Indighirka report having received instructions from Vladivostock to hoist Soviet flag in consequence of amalgamation of Paris and Moscow boards. Should be glad to receive instructions whether this flag should be recognised.
